Refund Policy

Upon request to cancel your services, you will be refunded any unused portion of the service fees paid less any applicable cancellation fees.

You will be eligible for a full refund before the service period begins less any applicable cancellation fees.

You will not be refunded for unused weeks. It is your responsibility to make sure you use the service on the frequency (weekly, every other week, etc) purchased. We will refund for unused week if the reason for not using the service is the fault of Dorm Mom

You can request a refund at any time before the end of the service contract. No refunds will be issued after the service period is over. If you do not cancel your service or request a refund before the service period is over, you will not be eligible to get a refund

Some product and services cannot be refunded. These include

  • Unused Weeks of Laundry Services
  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Some health and personal care items
  • Perishable groceries

Once your request for refund is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your request. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@dormmom.com
