We Make Cleaning Your Room or Apartment Our Priority
Dorm Mom will send one of our professional cleaners to your apartment, dorm room or house on your scheduled cleaning day. We would spend up to 3 hours each time we clean for our standard clean.

When you sign up, you will indicate how many rooms you have in your house so we can estimate how long it would take to get the cleaning done. Most 2-bedroom, 1 bathroom apartments could be done in 3 hours based on our cleaning checklist.

Housekeeping Hassles in College
99% of college students do not vacuum their rooms more than once a month. Roommates have to live with the filth and with everyone's busy schedule and workload, keeping up to par with housekeeping is not the first thing on a student's mind.

We would take that off your list of to dos...clean your room as often as you want. For most college students, we recommend the twice a month plan or once a week plan. For our community members, we recommend once a week plan.

Testimonials

What some of our customers thought of the services we provided them.

How Do I schedule a Clean?
Sign up and someone will contact you as soon as possible to schedule a time that works for you. If you sign up for the semester plan or a recurring clean, we would try to schedule you clean at a spaced out interval. For example, if we schedule your first clean on a thursday at 4pm and that always works for you, we will come by at that time on a regular basis to clean.

What Do You Do When You Clean?
Click the Room-By-Room Checklist tab above to see our cleaning checklist. Our goal is to leave your apartment in the best possible condition and we will oblige additional task as long as we have enough time.

I have not cleaned my apartment for over a year, can you guys handle it?
We can handle any kind of cleaning. The more frequently you have your apartment cleaned, the easier it will be to keep it clean on an on going basis. It's probably not a good idea to wait months before calling because that may end up costing you more.

Is There a Limitation to Size of Space to be Cleaned?

No, there is no limitation on the size of the space to be cleaned. Depending on how how many bathrooms, kitchens, bedrooms, etc. to be cleaned, the price will vary. See the pricing tab for an idea of how much a typical clean would cost for your apartment or home. We do not quote our prices by square footage. For Dorm Rooms, which are very small in most cases, we charge a lot less than cleaning a full apartment or house. Our prices should be very affordable, if you think it's too expensive, please let us know and we could work something out for you. :)

Do I have to be Present During the Cleaning?
We recommend you are present during every clean but you do not have to be. We would need to gain access to your living space to do the cleaning.

Who Are Your Cleaners?
Dorm Mom has its cleaning crew and partners, and each cleaner has passed a background check to ensure the safety of your property and you. Dorm Mom is insured and our cleaners are bonded. If you need more details on the cleaner that would be performing the service, please do not hesistate to contact us.
